Dear sir

I made online top up for rs 110.00 on 7th oct I received the message "sales transaction could not be processed for this mobile number, contact customer service", my bank transaction shows deduction of rs 110. and even I got the transaction id from the bsnl site ie TKT 0710201003049 at 7.49pm. Regarding this I made a complaint and got the docket no ie KT 1110107348 on 11/10. I made various attempts in getting my balance back.but up till now nothing has happened. I am really fed up with the customer call center service who does not have proper manners to talk to the customer. For getting connected to the call center we need to wait for min 10minutes and when get connected they cut the line. Then just imagine how the customer feel in getting connected to the customer call center repeatedly.
