Very poor servise and Hedech Provided by Airtel DTH
On 11th July I have discontinue English News Topup from my account page but till now this channel available on my account after that I make a call to Customer care and request him (12th July at 01:13pm) to discontinue this English news Topup, after some time I saw my English Movie Topup not visible in my TV, then I make a Call to Customer care and they told me unfortunetly this Topup package deleted from my account and if require then re-purchase this Topup. My question is I have purchase this English Movie Topup from special offer and now this offer closed so why I repurchase this topup in new price?
I want this special Topup because Without my confirmation this Topup deleted by Airtel Customer care Executive from my account.
