I have applied for a new Land Line Broadband on 15th March by paying Rs 500/- to BSNL.
Till date I did not get the connection.
My work order number is 48044521. Also, I have given a complaint to BSNL (ref no. KRK/CO/1502 dated 22nd March) about the delay in providing connection.
On 30th march I have filed my grievance with the Ministry of Telecommunications. I got a response on 3rd April saying that "BSNL is out of cable so the connection will be provided only after 15th April".
1) I would like to know the action taken on concern officer who is responsible for troubling me by collecting installation charges without checking the feasibility and availability of the cable.
2) I am planning to opt for a better service provider. I would like to get the refund (Rs 500/- collected towards installation charges) from BSNL.
