Shifting not done, customer grievance ignored

I had requested to shift my telephone connection from IIM-B area to Koramangala on 21-Apr-12. The order for this need to be given by Jayanagar office which did not happen. I had already shifted my Home in the month end and was concerned my connection would be misused.

So I walked into the commercial office Jayanagar on 5-Mar-12, to check what was holding it back. There I noticed that the file was just lying in a pile of similar files without anyone acting on it and there were other customers there for the same reason. When I navigated with people there, they kept directing me to one another and never took steps to action the file. I want to bring to notice the lethargy shown by employees in doing their job and also ignoring customer requests of safe custody of their connection.

Today is 7-May-12 and even after me walking into Jayanagar office to expedite the transfer, still the connection has not been disabled in my old location. I am completely unhappy with BSNL and would be more than happy to discontinue my connection and move to a different provider.
