Telephone Dead

Hi,

From past 10days my BSNL Phone is dead (Ph. 25743278). Repeated complaint booking has yeilded no results. A phone service accepts the complaint but no reference number is provided for follow up. Customer care numbers are not updated on the website too. I have taken internet facilites from BSNL too. Both land line and internet are not working.
