Bsnl broadband and phone was not work many time

Sir,

I am Anil Kumar Panda. I am a Bsnl broadband customer. My line was dead almost half a month. I am complaint very much about my problem but they did not work properly. Most time exchange was fail. I am totally fed up. So i request you to please solve my problem immediately.
