My bsnl number 9420346801, is activated with Mradio and grandma tip services which also i had not activated. And now when i call to customer care, then asays that there is no such things activated, then why is my monthl;y balance is deducted after the reactivation msg of ecah service. and in each msg contain a number to deactivate the service, but when we call, then we knows that the number is not exsist. please help .take action against the this.
