Is services not working

I have recharged with Rs 399 for bsnl blackberry internet services on 1st april. But till now i.e 5th april

bsnl blackberry internet services are not activated on my mobile. I have called the customer care person so many times but there is no proper response from them. My complaint number is 33175653. I dont know when those people are going to activate internet services on my blackberry.
