Dear Airtel,

I have been using my Airtel prepaid connection since last few months. And i am completely dissatisfied with your customer care service.

On 31 st march i made a recharge of Rs 200 so as to activate my 3G plan for 250 MB. I did this only after consulting with the customer care executive. But the balance came into my main account (Rs 179.32). After that i again called customer care executive and he asked me that now you will have to recharge again for Rs 100 minimum as you must atleast have Rs 200 balance in your main account and did the recharge for Rs 100 and now balance in my main account got updated to Rs 266.38. After that i again called customer care executive that i want my 250 Mb and so he registered my complaint and at 22:51 and 22:57 on 31 match i got following reference numbers CBNRA20331356720 and R3GAC40331389022. After that a plan of Rs 47 automatically got activated in my account on 31 march. I again did a complaint on customer care on same day and yes once again i got a reference number R3GAC40331395041 but this time i was committed that my problem will be resolved by 5 may by 1330 hrs.

I kept calling customer care from 31 march to 4th march asking them to resolve my problem soon. Every time useless commitments from customercare executives. Finally on 5th march i made call, regarding the issue. Customer care told me that your problem will be solved today and i will receive the confirmation. Meanwhile i did a recharge of Rs 100 on 5th march and within 30 mins my balance wiped off to Rs 2.02. Again i called customer care and they registered my complaint of my balance deduction and gave me a deadline of 8 april (awaited), but i didn't got any message regarding referencer number of my complaint. Also i got a call from customer care executive on 5th march that my account has now 256 MB, that i can use for 3G services. But on checking balance by dialing * 123 * 11 # error of invalid account selection pooped up (call received from number 91 9971000260).

Again did complaint to customer care and this time customer care person told me that i have used my 256 MB on 31 march itself, this words of him made me very annoyed, i never used any MB and for last 6 days customer care executive is giving me useless commitments and what answers you have regarding the call in which i was told that i now have 256MB in my account (5th march, already discussed). In last 6 days i am screwed up with Airtel customer care. I won't point out any of the names of the executives i talked with as of now but i want answers and if not i will go for further action.

I have many other issues also but i first want results of this.
