Loss due to Wrong information

I activated 16 rs package for internet service for 3 days, ie on 01/04, Friday around 3.00 clock, on monday ie 3rd day around 12:00 pm to 01:00 pm, i called up customer care to know what time my validity ends, customer care executive (Female) told me my validity ends around midnight of 4th April so i used internet around 4 pm, but for my suprise when i was about to call my friend, i found negetive balance of -111 and change, today on 5th april i called up vodafone customer care again to complaint my problem, but i did not get proper response, i also spoke to there suprevisior by name USHA around 9:00 am on 05/04, still from her i did not get proper response, now since yesterday night without calling or sending SMS or any vodafone service, my negetive balance has raised to -152 rs and change, suprevisior USHA told me my balance wont be refunded and she told me to recharge my cell to use the services, pls kindly HElP, due to this i am facing lot of problem, Kindly do the need full as soon as possible,
