I am user of prepaid connection and on my no. 9414870586 there is some alret services is activate and daily I am getting approx 50 to 100 massage so I want to dactive this alert services. I am getting charged for this. I alrady talk with customer care exe. for deactive this he informed me massage BHAV UNSUB to 59696 but still i am getting alert. & now when ever I made call on Customer Care the informed me that they are transfirng my call to seniors & put my call on hold but no. one given us any responce for the same.
I am receving massage from TM-RML-NEWS and TM-RML-MKT so plese deactive these alret services.
