I've got a hefty bill of INR 13389.00 on my landline for the month of December which is way too high from my regular consumption of INR 850 per month.

What could be the reason for the same? How to approach this and who to contact? All compliant numbers in BSNL goes un-answered as always

Any pointers in this regard will definitely help me, since this amount is something that I just cannot afford since I haven't used it at all
