Subject: Deduction of surfing charges on GPRS unlimited internet scheme.

With due respect I am to state that my Airtel mob no is 9793807700 which I am using in the Airtel USB modem only and not on the mobile. I have two grievances to be heard and resolved :-
1. Deduction for hello tunes from my balance without informing me while I had not opted for the same.
2. Deduction of surfing charges as told by the customer care while I have opted for and recharged @Rs.450 for the GPRS unlimited internet offer.
My complaint numbers are

The Customer care service was very disappointing as the personnel were ill informed about the Airtel itself and tried their best to pass the buck. Such practices on part of the Airtel are very unbecoming and deplorable. However, my grievance was duly attended and responded at your Allahabad Office at Patrika Marg but my deducted money was not given back to my balance on mobile.
I am unable to understand one thing that how such a big company as Airtel keeps on deducting customer's money for hello tunes etc. without sending a message while it sends all sorts of unwanted messages the whole day. I hope you will get my unduly deducted money back to me and save me from further correspondence. Thanking you. : Vivek Priyadarshan
