PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE, VALIDITY NOT BEEN PROVIDED

I have recharge my prepaid mobile no. 9461589626 (Rajasthan Circle) through ICICI Bank Portal dated 12th January. I have given request for Prepaid Recharge amount 1100/-.The amount 998/-was credited in the account. But talk time validity is not been provided. When I contact at IN Chandigarh, they told me that it was Flexi-Recharge. But I have not requested for this. My request was simply for Recharge-with Validity.

Why the validity is not been provided. Why recharge from ICICI bank site is like this. As a customer –it’s not a customer mistake.

Kindly resolve the issue and intimate me.
