Mistakenly I had set a caller tune on 2/6.
Then I call to customer care on 2/6 and try to solve the problem. He told me to send a message "NCOPY" to 56700. I had sent the message on 4/6. And a reply comes saying "INVALID OPERATION".
2 days later I had again called to customer care, this time he told me to send a message
"UNSUBSCRIBE" to 56700. I had sent message on 9/6, this time a reply comes that "We Process Your Request".
But till the time 11:00 a.m. 10/6 nothing happened to that caller tune.
Please take necessary steps to rectify this PROBLEM.
Till the time the Company charges Rs.10 for the WHOLE.
