My landline telephone No (0671-2506551). is not working from 8.8.2010. I had lodged a complaint on 9.8.2010 vide communication id No, 1121462732 . On today also the situation has not improved, but to my utter surprise when I enquired about the complaint status, voice response is coming" No complaint is pending against this telephone". Finding no other alternative I have lodged another complaint today i.e on 10.8.2010 vide id No.1122847892.
Please look into the matter urgently
