Subject: Disconnection of Internet connection

Dear Sir

I hereby wants you to disconnect my Internet connection with immediate effect as I am not at all satisfied by your services and due to following reasons:

1. I have lodged many complaints in last one year or so and none of my complaint resolved.

2. None of your person took the initiative to solve my problem inspite of having telephone conservation with them 100’s of time.

3. I was mentally harassed by this connection and your working staff in these last one year.

4. I have suffered a huge financial loss as well due to you irregular, unattended and worst services.

5. None of your lineman visited my premises and discussed with me about the issue I am facing since long.

6. I was not allowed to connect with senior officials as the contract number given by your staff was never picked up.

7. My experience with MTNL for internet service is worst of all time.

All above circumstances had made me to take the step of disconnecting your services and I have decided to never be a customer of MTNL in my upcoming life.
