This is extremely egregious that the company of such a stature should get inshoddy business like this...
The representative makes a false promise of Providing you BroadBan Modem Free and Deposit refund after 3 months. He collectes the old Modem sell it for a sum and persude to switch over to Airtel.
Company send the bill. Guessing something wrong, lodge a complaint and you know it - it goes round and round. NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE. Disconnect the Landline and Broadband. HOLDING FOR RANSOM for the false promise made by company.
Is that what Bharti Airtel stand for?

1. Activate Landline immediately, as causing trouble for children to reach us.
2. Broadband is lifeline at home - reconnect immidiately
3. HONOUR your commitments
