Holding us for Ransom and Goofing Up and

This is extremely egregious that the company of such a stature should get inshoddy business like this...

The representative makes a false promise of Providing you BroadBan Modem Free and Deposit refund after 3 months. He collectes the old Modem sell it for a sum and persude to switch over to Airtel.

Company send the bill. Guessing something wrong, lodge a complaint and you know it - it goes round and round. NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE. Disconnect the Landline and Broadband. HOLDING FOR RANSOM for the false promise made by company.

Is that what Bharti Airtel stand for?

I have all the details and documents signed by your Rep.,

The question here is only Rs but why such agonizing experience...

Remedy Needed :

1. Activate Landline immediately, as causing trouble for children to reach us.

2. Broadband is lifeline at home - reconnect immidiately

3. HONOUR your commitments

Trust some one is listening. Before it goes further in next week.
