I am Dr. pradeesh CB doing my house surgency at academy of medical sciences Kannur. for the last two months i am losing 30 rupees for some cricket alerts that i am not receiving from 54000. i called BSNL customer care and they gave me a number to deactivate the alerts. but while doing so it was not deactivated. today (16-8-10) i lost another 30 rs. i called the customer care and they cannot provide any solutions, they simply hung the phone upon me without giving any details and now i got a message that a complaint has been registered for which no action was taken.
