Unproper billing & disconnction many times

On request for a WLL base phone with internet connection, the officer of the department

(some Sahoo) told (advised) to deposit Rs250/- for connection of phone, and Rs750/- for internet connection & no extra charges next to pay. But after 2 months send a bill of Rs1467/-(as current Rs353/- & previous Rs1114/- which is includes one month bill). On asking about clarification of the same he said that there is a hidden payment to be pay for installation, which was not as his previous commitment.

When I have paid advance Rs1000/- for both connection.(250 750) same day

So I think either he is cheating people for getting target or the advance amount of Rs750/- has not added in the account.

So I request the department for justice before bill payment.

I attached the first bill copy I received, with this complaint.(actually second bill)
