Change in Telephone Hand Set

Hi,

Im Mahender. We are resident of Vanasthalipuram for past 20 years. We are using BSNL Telephone Hand Set for past 9 years. For past 5 months, we are facing problem with Handset. We are unable to hear (what the other person taling on phone). Infact, we could hear some Noise when we receive a call. We have already given complaint twice, But No action is taken. Please help me in fixing my telephone problem.
