Charging for unsolicited BSNL tunes

There is an automatic debit of Rs 28 to my prepaid mobile for unsolicited BSNL tune service. There is no procedure for online stopping of service. I am asked to visit BSNL office for stopping the service which I never asked for. BSNL Prepaid No is 9453225800
