BSNL Bfone not working since december

Sir,

My telephone number is 0471 2227837

From last 34 days, telephone is dead.

I had noticed this problem on 2/12 and I registered a complaint on

16/12.2010 through fault reporting.

There was no response till date from the authorities.

My father had gone to BSNL Office Neyyattinkara and spoke with

some officers. But no staff of bsnl has yet come to rectify the problem.

This is a pathetic condition of bsnl services in this competitive time.

If still my complaint is not sorted out,

I am planning to dis-connect my telephone.

my father continuously complaining but still there is no action against this case,

please do the needful
