Dear Sir/Madam,
We would be a loyal customer of BSNL since last 20 Years but it’s regret to inform you that due to negligence of your local service team at Khatima (Uttaranchal) more than 150 customers are very annoyed & looking for second alternative for the Landline services.
We have informed local authority of BSNL to take the immediate action to resume the services but all in vain.
This is a Township of Uttaranchal jal vidyut nigam (Lohiahead) where more than 200 subscribers is residing but due to poor services of BSNL more than 70% customer has already disconnected their BSNL landline connection & opted Reliance services.
BSNL mobile signal is also not available in this area so resident of this area is bound to opt competitors services.
You can verify the record in I hope landline services is disrupted for more than 250 days so due to negligence from local service team BSNL is making loss of crores of rupees every month, I hope the local BSNL team is doing wrong practices knowingly to make the profit to the competitors & making the personal gain.
Since nobody from BSNL team is bothering for the customer services that’s why share prices is going down & company is standing for the divestment to their share to the public/Private.
Please take it as a customer feedback & take immediate action to improve your services.
We are looking for a positive & favorable response immediately otherwise we have no option other than to make the legal complaint & will go to higher authorities (CM, Governor, PM)
