Change of mobile service provider without any portability request

Dear Sir,

I am Vishal Joshi. My BSNL prepaid mobile number is 9429723843. I am using BSNL Prepaid mobile since last 1.5year. I have never given any kind of mobile portability request to any service provider but after my number is being transfer to Bharti Airtel mobile service. I don’t know how it happens. I haven't given any kind of service change request through paper document or mobile message.

Since yesterday I am unable to use the BSNL service. I am very afraid that someone is misusing my mobile number.

Please resolve my problem.
