DEDUCTION AMT NOT REFUND

SIR,

I HAVE USED BSNL MOBILE PREPAID CONNECTION FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. LAST MONTH I HAVE TOP UP FOR RS.50/- THEN I RECEIVED ONE MSG FROM 58558. IN THIS MSG "YOUR DAAL MEIN KAALA SUBSCRIPTION HAS BEEN RENEWED AND CHARGED FOR RS.30/&-quot; .I WAS SHOCKED BECAUSE WITHOUT MY REQUEST TO THAT SERVICE THAT SERVICE IS ACTIVATED TO MY NO AND CHARGED FOR RS.30/- THEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE NO.1500 TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE. THEY ARE NOR RESPONSED FOR THIS DEDUCTION. PLEASE I WNATS TO TAKE NECESARY ACTION REGARDING THIS SUBJECT.
