Mobile companies use value added services to dupe gullible customers (particularly PrePaid customers)
On my above mentioned no. BSNL has activated BSNL RADIO and VOICE CHAT without my request and knowledge. Now they are deducting a handsome amount (more than my real usage) on it. As soon as I recharge my phone balance gets reduced. Moreover whenever I tried to contact their toll free no. it gets disconnected as soon as I press the option to talk to Customer Care Executive. I got this phone as BSNL is a GOVT. Comapny and I expected them to be more genuine from their private counterparts. But experience shows they are no different. Profit is the sole motive and it should come even by looting the public
