My mobile no.is 9442112345 . i had asked for a number portability from BSNL to AIRTEL as i had coverage issues . i had done all the required formalities & documentation.
when airtel had submitted my application the BSNL authorities had rejected the application stating that my number is under contractual obligation but i am very sure i had not signed any contracts with BSNL stating that i will not move out of BSNL.
i had contacted local BSNL officials even they say i have no contracts as such and they themselves do not know why my application is being rejected not just once but thrice.i feel humiliated as i am not able to get what a consumer is supposed to legally.
kindly look into my issue and help me out as some service providers harass consumers & deny their basic rights.
