STARTING OF VALUE ADDED SERVICE WITHOUT PERMISSION OR REQUEST

I have a mobile phone no. 9427542642. I made a top up of Rs. 50/- on 6th April. Within three days my balance got reduced to Rs.35/-. On enquiry I came to know that amount is cut due to value added service. There is no body to listen the complaint except to send a msg for stopping the value added service in their format only. It also takes 48 hrs to cut that service. I never want any type of value added service in my mobile and service provider start this services without my concurrence or request. This is second time, it has happened after top up of amout. Requested to look into and stop this type of chitting the coustomer. They should start this service only after we submit the code number, which they shoud sent by SMS in simillar fashion of net banking followed in SBI.
