Hi,
We have raised request on 28th of last month for the transfer of connection to
new location which in within circle of less than 1km but till now no response
has been observed. Due to this we are not able to use IPTV, landline and
broadband. A number of request has been raised till now kindly investigate and
expedite the process and adjust the bill for the time where services is not
used.
Kindly fix is ASAP.
