Dealy in shifting of telephone

I have applied for shiting of Telephone no 25469548 under Cossipore, Kolkata excahnge on 4.5.11 to my new address in Southe Kolkat that is B- 21, Central Govt Quarters, 14 Iron Side Road, Opposite to Birla Mandir, Kolkata -700019 . Even after more than 15 days, nothing has happened.
