Have taken a postpaid corporate connection in Hcl Chennai from airtel. After a week I have to change my local address which is preety normal. One day after 20 days of taking the sim I got a call from airtel customer care at 6 PM threating me that they will stop outgoing facility from next day morning. I was supposed to be in the office till the next day morning so in no way I was in a position to submit the current local address proof. So I called up customer care to make a request to give me 2 days of time to submit the address proof. But to my amazement this morning the outgoing service has been stopped. I have never seen such kind of irresponsibility in my life. Now I have taken Vodafone which is preety good and reliable. NEVER TAKE GSM SIM FROM AIRTEL.. THEY ARE REAL ASSHOLES.
