SIR, THIS IS REAL BIG UNFORTUNATE THAT DESPITE OF SOMUCH STRICTNESS MOBILE COMPANY DOING ALL WHAT & HOW CAN THEY CHEAT THE CUSTOMER IN ALL DIFFERENT WAYS.

I HAVE MY MOBILE NO 9412266359, FOR THAT I DID RS 100 RECHARGE FROM ICICI NET BANKING ON 30-08 AT 9.50 AM FROM 2222280021 WITH REF NO. 293926671... SURPRISINGLY WHEN I CHECKED MY BALANCE I DID NOT GET IT... ON ENQUIRING AT 9415024365 I WAS MORE HARASSED BY REPLY THAT YOU DID NOT RECHARGE IT, BUT TOP UP WITH 98 RS TO ACTIVATE GPRS, WHICH I NEVER APPLIED TOO. IRONICALLY MY MONEY ALSO DEDUCTED FOR CALLING THIS NO WHICH IS SO CALLED TOLL FREE NUMBER. YOUR EXECUTIVE ANJALI TOO WAS NOT ONLY RUDE, BUT NOT HAVING SATISFACTORY REPLY

I REQUEST YOU & TRAI TO TAKE STRICT NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM, OTHERWISE ALL FAITH WOULD BURNT AWAY ON MOBILE SERVICES
