Bills being sent despite no services from 4th june

My telephone No. 0120-4262929 is not working since 4th June onwards in Noida (Delhi NCR) and the Broadband alongwithis also not working since then. Despite my repeated calls to them the said sevices have not been restored. But they are sending the monthly bills despite not restoring the said services. Please HELP to resolve the PROBLEM.
