Disconnect of b-fone

Hi this is akshay aggarwal.

i live at durgapuri in khatauli.my problem is that i have submit a compaint for disconnect of the b-fone. already in khatauli BSNL office before 3 to 4 month.but there is no reponse from the BSNL.

now what can i do?
