Wire are cut

Dear Sir, i am a bsnl broadband user. the wires of bsnl line are cut near Bharam Toli Bariatu, Ranchi. near Don Bosco. it is almost a month the line has not been restored. despite complaint at the Bariatu office (near Rims) no action has been taken. it has put many bsnl customers into inconviniences. plz pass this complaint to the office. thanks
