My land line number 04942425542 was having internet connection. This year i cancelled after paying the bill for one year advance. Even after giving an application for refund personaly till today i did not receive the money..One more request was given for annual subcription but now also I am getting bill every month. Please look in to this matter. I am working abroad and my family is alone and a patient unable to visit bsnl office everytime.
