I lodged a complaint in BSNL that my phone line was dead on 3/12 but no action had been taken till 8/12. when i went to the telephone office to complain about it they told me that i had not lodged a complaint. I was also unable to produce the docket number as i forgot to do so. i had to lodged a new complaint and for their fault i had to suffer. It is all because of their insincerity and laziness i had to bear such discomfort.
