My nokia cell phone model no c2-06 does not identify the 2nd sim. I went to the nokia service centre namely Akshaya Telecom at Ashok Nagar, chennai. The service person there has taken the phone and said that it will take 25 days to rectify the problem.when i asked as to why it should take 25 days for a small problem, he said that it will take 25 days since it has to be sent to Delhi for any repair of nokia cell phone. it sounds foolish when a service centre which is supposed to carry out such problems say that the unit has to be sent to Delhi and that too for a longer duration of 25 days.i think there is something wrong with this service provider who doesnt have the right infrastructure to attend to such small problems, Nokia a reputed company which has got so much market should look into this &bring down the lead time taken for rectification. My cell ESN/IMEI no is 357014041183146. date of handing over to nokia care centre is 07/12.service job sheet no is 111207/17.
