Outgoing calls barred inspite of making payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I myself K. Ramani, bearing BSNL landline No. 2421283, Customer ID:- 1000772588 residing at Gopal Krupa, Gr. Flr.4, Patilwadi, Pendse Nagar, V.P. Road, Dombivli (East), Thane Dist., hereby regret to inform you that for the past 1 1/2 months outgoing calls have been barred inspite making payment of Rs. 3, 809/- through Andhra Bank ECS system dt. 28/01. Morever, I would like to know the details regarding the A/c. Balance amount being mentioned in the Bill statement which gets accumulated every time the bill is generated.

Hence, request you to look into the aforesaid matter asap & restore the outgoing calls that has been barred.
