Phone dead and noisy

I wish to draw your attention to the fact that our telephone no 01892 - 222123 in Dari is not in working order for quite some time. Several complaints have been made but to no avail. complaints have been made from time to time through 198 and even personally. Even when the phone was in working condition it was very noisy making it difficult to hear what was being said. In today's world of competition, such an irresponsible behaviour is unacceptable.
