Hi,

On 13th March, I tried to recharge my mobile number 9891027679 from Idea's website online for 500 ruppees. The money got deducted but mobile was not rescharged.

Again i tried to reacharge from PAYTM website for 500 rupees and it got recharged. Below are both transaction details.

I request you to help me in gettinf my first transaction's amount back into my account.
