Deduction of Rs.8/- every week without subscription and not responding to unsubscribe request
I have not subscribed to any FEVER OFFER in BSNL prepaid mobile service. However Rs.8/- being deducted every week stating that "Thanks for subscribing FEVER offer" from NO:9445379604.
They are not responding to UNSUB FEVER request sent to 55678 but still they chage Rs.2 for each SMS.
Please stop this offer and deducting the amount and take stringent actions against the company.
