The BSNL raised bills without providing any service to land line number 24345295, which was under MANIK JOD scheme having BROAD BAND connection. In 2010 I have submitted a letter intimating that BSNL can not demand any charge for the period for which they did not provide any service and requested them to disconnect the land line as I was disgusted with them for nonattending my repeated requests to get proper service. Subsequently, I have taken TATA PHOTON which is doing well. The BSNL today on 25/12 served me an SMS to the effect that I am to pay the dues for the MANIK JOD connection.
