I have a BSNL number 044-28193055. Consumer no. 01300518563.Bill date 10-12. Chennai.
They have billed me and listed me with calls which were never made by me nor my staff. I had got the bill details and none of the listed mobile nos. work. Nevertheless they have listed calls made in a gap of two mins but each call duration is shown as half an hour and charged so. How is it possible to make a second call in two min time from a landline but bill me for half an hour for the first call.
When I asked the accounts department they direct me to the technical engg. dept. which has his officials mostly on leave. I didnt even try to go to them as I was already tired with a previous experience with them.
