Landline telephone replacing

Sir,

My office telephone no. is 2787787 is instrumentally faulted on 14-08.On 17-08 i submit a complaint in tele-exchange at thiruvankulam. I contact many times but my phone is not replaced. Now my office work is done only by call diverting facility.

So i kindly request you to replace my phone immediately.
