Disconnection of service

My Mobile connection has been disconnected with out any intimation. This has lead to lot of mental torture to me.

During this period i was travalling (on pilgrimage), during whole two weeks i could not make any calls or recieve

calls from my family and freinds.

And this is not the first time this has happened. when enquired why this has done they support executive says

some document is required, and they have assured that my services will be resumed within 1Hr. Now already 12hrs have

and i have called three time but still no result.

I am also using tata landline, tata net connectivity, The experince has been disgusting.

Iam a 65 year old man and i cant do this daily follow up with you people.

What a service i am getting from what people call one of the best indian company.

But i definetly defer on this.
