Cancellation of india games subscription

I am Aditya Dubey and i am staying in bhopal.two months back one of my family member has opted for the BSNL india games on demand. i am trying to unsubscribe the service but i could not cancel my subscription for that games pack . and the toll free number 1800 425 0500 has no response . so kindly cancel that pack with this i am attaching my land line number 0755-2492044. so please call me up if you need any details
