Egular call droping due to poor network services

I am bsnl consumer since last 2.5 year but i am facing poor n/w problem from last three months. i made complaint many time to customer-care but still i am facing the call drop problem due to this i had to reattempt the call etc

some time on incoming call the amount is deduced within same LSA.

my last complaint docket no given by bsnl support team is 1062158669 but the problem is remain same.i received the msg from bsnl that "dear customer thanks you for calling bsnl wireless call center, your docket no is 1062158669 for complaint booked at our call center on sep 6 2010 11:45 AM. thank u. BSNL SUPPORT ", (sender 52765) after 24 hour the next MSG was came that ur problem is resolved but yet i am facing such type of problem.

Due to some official & networking bounding i am not able to change the operator by changing my number.

so plz do the needfull as soon as possible.
