I opt for Tata Docomo postpaid connection (8123002212) 1.5 month back and provided my clear passport copy as address proof. But while activating, someone did lot of typo mistakes and made my address funny.
After 1st billing cycle, i requested Tata Docomo to correct my address as per document provided. They called me also and accepted and verified the mistake.
Just now got SMS that my request couldn't process due to incorrect document. I called 121 and they suggested me to visit field office for the same.
Complaints:
1. How can Tata Docomo say the document are not correct when they are valid?
2. How can someone enterned data like this?
3. Why should i visit office when the mistake is of Tata Docomo end.
I want you to reslove this asap else i would like to surrender my connection
